This traditional stone cottage occupies an attractive position in a peaceful country lane on the outskirts of GodshillIt has been converted from the original milking parlour of Lower Yard Farm, and the building is thought to date back to the 1700sThe cottage is within one mile of an Equestrian centre and most of the surrounding fields are home to horsesThe centre of the picturesque village of Godshill, with its pretty thatched cottages, restaurants and tea rooms is only three quarters of a mile away.
